How Workwear Is Made
From raw fiber to finished garmentCotton is a natural fiber harvested from the cotton plant. It goes through several stages before becoming the polo shirt or t-shirt you wear.

Harvesting
Raw cotton bolls are picked from the plant, cleaned, and compressed into bales of ~220kg each.

Spinning
Cotton fibers are carded, combed, and spun into yarn. Ring-spun cotton produces softer, stronger yarn.

Dyeing & Knitting
Yarn is dyed in large vats (reactive dye for colorfastness), then knitted into fabric — jersey for t-shirts, pique for polos.

Cutting
Fabric is laid in layers and cut by CNC machine according to pattern pieces. A 220gsm cotton pique uses ~300g of fabric per polo.

Sewing & Assembly
Cut pieces are sewn together: collar, sleeves, body, placket. A standard polo has 15-20 operations taking ~12 min per unit.

QC & Packing
Each garment is inspected (AQL 2.5), pressed, folded with hang tags, and packed into poly bags then cartons.
Polyester is a synthetic fiber made from petroleum-derived PET chips. Blended with cotton (65/35 or 50/50), it adds durability, wrinkle resistance, and moisture management.

PET Chip Production
Petroleum is refined into PET chips (polyethylene terephthalate). These are the raw material for polyester fibers.

Extrusion & Spinning
PET chips are melted at 260°C and extruded through spinnerets into fine filaments, then stretched and crimped to create texture.

Blending (Poly/Cotton)
For workwear: polyester fibers are blended with cotton at 65/35 ratio. This gives comfort of cotton + durability of polyester.

Garment Construction
Knitted or woven fabric is cut and assembled. Softshell jackets use 3-layer bonded fabric: outer face + membrane + fleece lining.
Custom embroidery adds branding and professional finish to workwear. The process involves digitizing your logo and stitching it with industrial multi-needle machines.

Logo Digitizing
Your logo file (AI/PDF/PNG) is converted to embroidery format (DST/PES). Each color becomes a separate thread layer. Typical logo: 5,000-15,000 stitches.

Machine Embroidery
Industrial multi-head machines (6-12 heads) run simultaneously. A 10,000-stitch logo takes ~3 min per piece. Thread: polyester (durable) or rayon (shiny).

Finishing & QC
Backing is trimmed, loose threads cut, garment pressed. Each piece inspected for stitch density, color match, and placement accuracy.
